The Minimum Speed road sign (R101) is a regulatory command sign used to indicate that vehicles must not travel below the stated speed, except where conditions make it unsafe to do so.
Purpose and function
This sign supports traffic flow and reduces disruption caused by very slow-moving vehicles in environments where a minimum operating speed is required for safe, efficient movement.
