Delivery Options

Safety Sign Online offers two convenient delivery options:

Courier Delivery
We deliver directly from our warehouse to your home or business address anywhere in South Africa. Courier charges apply and are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive updates on its progress until delivery is complete.

Collection
You may choose to collect your order from our premises in Germiston.

Collection hours:
Monday to Thursday, 08:30 – 16:00
Friday, 08:30 – 13:30
(Excluding public holidays)

You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.

Production & Dispatch Timeframes

Most of our products are manufactured to order to ensure quality and compliance.

Standard production time is approximately 7 to 10 working days before dispatch or collection.

Some specialised products, including photoluminescent signage and road signs, may require additional production time due to material and manufacturing complexity. Where this applies, we will keep you informed.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or peak trading periods.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If any items are missing from your delivery or if you believe an incorrect item has been supplied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Payment Methods

We offer secure and flexible payment options:

  • Credit card or debit card payments via PayFast
  • Instant EFT via PayFast
  • Manual EFT payment

Orders paid via EFT will only be processed once payment has cleared.
