Site Maintenance Laydown area only safety sign is to inform all workers on a construction site of an area that is designated for tools, materials, equipment, and vehicles to be stored temporarily when they are not in use.

Laydown areas are most common on construction sites, but other industries like manufacturing or oil field operations use them as well.
